Legal notice
1. OVERVIEW This website is operated by The Texas Forge, Inc. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Texas Forge, Inc. By purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. ARTISAN VARIATIONS & HAND-FORGED NATURE Each product is engineered and hand-forged in Texas. You acknowledge that hand-forged steel may have slight variations in texture, finish, and dimensions. These are not defects but are hallmarks of the artisan process. Professional powder coating is applied to protect the steel; however, structural steel is heavy and should be handled with care during assembly to avoid surface scratching.
3. ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. For freight deliveries, you must provide a valid phone number. Failure to provide accurate contact info that results in a carrier "storage fee" or "re-delivery fee" will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY In no case shall The Texas Forge, Inc., our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, injuries resulting from improper assembly or use of our heavy steel frames. Our products are engineered for stability, but professional assembly is recommended.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All designs, engineering specifications, and prototypes displayed on this site are the intellectual property of The Texas Forge, Inc. Reproduction or unauthorized manufacturing of our designs is strictly prohibited.
6. GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
7. CHANGES TO TERMS We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the website following changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
