Refund policy

1. Final Sale & Custom Nature At The Texas Forge, every steel frame is engineered and forged to order. Due to the significant costs of freight logistics and the custom nature of our hand-forged products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or "buyer’s remorse."

2. Freight Inspection (Critical) Upon delivery, you are required to inspect the crate/packaging before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL).

  • Minor Damage: Note any scuffs or tears on the BOL before signing.

  • Major Damage: If the frame is visibly damaged or bent, refuse the shipment and contact hello@thetexasforge.com immediately. Once a BOL is signed "clear," the carrier is released of liability, and we cannot initiate a freight claim.

3. Manufacturing Defects We stand by our engineering. If a product arrives with a structural manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the unit at our expense. Defect claims must be submitted with photos within 48 hours of delivery.

4. White Glove Delivery Fees Shipping and White Glove Delivery fees are paid to third-party carriers and are non-refundable once the service has been attempted or performed.

5. Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the steel is sourced and the forging process begins; cancellations after this window are subject to a 25% restocking/material fee.
